Courtney joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties in 2019. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Marketing. Courtney spent her first years out of college working in broadcast television first in Oregon and eventually in Montana. You may recognize Courtney as the former morning weather anchor on Missoula’s local CBS station KPAX.
Shortly after moving to Montana Courtney married her husband Trevor, and the two welcomed their first child. With a growing family, Courtney decided to leave her career in television behind to work from home as a realtor assistant. It was there she found her true love for real estate.
With her background in journalism, Courtney is a passionate visual storyteller which is evident in her real estate research, writing, photography, and video productions. Courtney’s creativity and modern ingenuity bring a new approach to the real estate industry. She brings advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and digital marketing.
Courtney and her family live in the Bitterroot Valley. Her husband, Dr. Trevor Ferguson DVM, is a well-known and highly respected veterinarian at Blue Mountain Veterinary Hospital. The couple and their two young children enjoy riding along for vet calls, bird hunting in eastern Montana, fly fishing on local streams, and hiking their favorite trails in the Bitterroot Valley.
