Kate Sousa is a Montana native who grew up ranching which fed her love for animals and the great outdoors. She graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Zoology and Wildlife Biology leading to a career with land conservation, wildlife urban interface, forest and rangeland management and restoration.

With more energy than a bucking bull, Kate also runs a successful ranch of her own raising Tennessee Walking horses and Scottish Highland Cattle. These experiences have given Kate the ability to identify land assets and attributes with great detail.
