Last Friday morning, I attended the 2016 Market Overview at Red Chair, hosted by Montana Title and Escrow. Their presentation showed that the Bozeman Residential Market had a majority of sales that were $359,000 and under. There was also a 6% increase in sales and 6% increase in price.
