Hello there! I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself and my journey in the real estate world. For me real estate is not just a job, it’s a passion. I am so blessed to be able to serve my clients and put my skills to use doing what I love. Many people don’t think about the types of things that drive real estate sales: big changes – moves to another of state, career changes, birth, death, divorce – all things that are highly emotion for most. Being able to meet all my client’s needs, and exceeding their expectations during the transaction, and beyond, brings me great joy. Most of my clients become friends who know they can count on me, which translates into long-term relationships and repeat business as well as referrals.
What sets me apart is not just my extensive experience and credentials, but also my commitment to building trust. Real estate transactions are deeply personal, and I prioritize transparent communication and honesty to foster a relationship of trust with my clients. I was first licensed in AZ in 2001 – and immediately knew I had found my calling. I have personally built several custom homes, as well as many remodel projects and bring a wealth of construction knowledge. Our family moved to MT in 2011 where I began an organic agriculture business along with obtaining my MT Real Estate license. In 2022 I earned my Broker’s License. With over 22 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As a licensed real estate professional, I’ve weathered market fluctuations and witnessed the ebb and flow of trends, making me a reliable guide in your property endeavors.
My credentials speak to a diverse skill set, including the prestigious title of Luxury Specialist, highlighting my ability to navigate the upscale market with finesse. Additionally, my specialization in Farm and Ranch properties is backed by a genuine passion for land stewardship, stemming from a background in organic agriculture. This unique perspective allows me to understand the intricacies of rural real estate and provide invaluable insights to my clients. I hold other credentials as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Real Estate Investment Counselor (REI). I am endorsed by Dave Ramsey as a Trusted Local Expert and hold dear the desire to help people get out of debt, build wealth and invest for the future – in other worlds being good stewards of what they have. I have consistently received awards for placing in the Top 1/2 to 1% of Berkshire Hathaway Agents nationally, and have consistently been one of the top agents in my local market – selling $20M – $35M annually.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I care deeply about our community. As the past local director of the Bitterroot Valley Board of Realtors, as well as serving on the Ethics and Standard of Practice Committees for the Missoula Organization of Realtors, I have actively contributed to shaping the real estate landscape in our area. My commitment extends to the youth, as evidenced by my five-year stint as the coordinator for the Lost Trail Ski youth program. I believe in investing in the future, and my involvement with the youth FFA and 4H programs reflect this dedication to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
In my personal time, wait… do Realtors have personal time? Well yes, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking with my dogs, riding my horses, snowboarding, fly fishing and travel.
